About the Role
As an Action Line TO you would be responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. You will promote and support the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture, supervise and lead all aspects of the sales line through mentoring and modeling effective sales and customer service practices, and maintain a professional image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers. • Generate maximum sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume. • Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture. • Supervise and lead sales line activities through mentoring and modeling effective sales and customer service practices. • Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.
