About the Role

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout. • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities. • Ensure contractual obligations are met and projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements. • Lead end‑to‑end RFP processes for construction, equipment, and professional services, including strategy, bid documentation, stakeholder input, proposal evaluation, and contract award recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, legal, project management) and external partners (general contractors, vendors). • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and other stakeholders. • Support cost estimation and change‑order management related to contracts. • Track and evaluate contract performance against established KPIs. • Develop and improve contract management processes and tools. • Ensure alignment with corporate governance and compliance standards, including SOX controls where applicable. • Manage claims and dispute resolution in coordination with legal counsel. • Provide training and guidance to project teams on contract interpretation and compliance. • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date contract documentation and audit trails. • Participate in vendor pre‑qualification and selection from a contractual perspective.

What You Bring

The company is looking for an experienced Contract & Procurement Administration professional to join its Data Center team. The role manages all contractual aspects of data‑center construction projects, ensures compliance with agreements, mitigates risks, and works closely with procurement, legal and construction teams. The position requires on‑site presence at the data centre in Mt. Pleasant, WI three to five days a week, with flexibility based on client needs. Turner & Townsend promotes a healthy, flexible work environment, values diversity and inclusion, and is an equal‑opportunity employer. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Cost Management/Quantity Surveying or a related field. • Proven contract management experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure. • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore). • Deep understanding of commercial aspects of construction, contracts, legal terms, and industry best practices. • Familiarity with contract types (lump sum, GMP, cost‑plus) and delivery methods (design‑build, CMAR). • Experience on large‑scale, complex construction projects, ideally in the data‑center or mission‑critical sector. • Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to construction and infrastructure. • Experience in cost review and negotiation. • Professional certifications such as MRICS, CCM, PMP, or CPCM are a plus. • Ability to be onsite at the data centre in Mt. Pleasant, WI 3‑5 days per week.
