CPQ - Business Analyst

About the Role

As part of the Quotation CPQ Platform Team, the analyst will gather and evaluate business requirements for the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform, supporting a large‑scale Front Office growth and transformation initiative. The role requires close collaboration with the Quotation Capability owner and business stakeholders across multiple countries. • Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose CPQ solution enhancements. • Lead cross‑functional process workshops, negotiate target processes, and document "as‑is" and "to‑be" workflows. • Collaborate with external IT partners and internal development teams across multiple countries. • Simplify complex information to deliver best‑practice, scalable solutions. • Promote reference models to minimize future evolution. • Own and lead initiatives such as RPA, document management, UI/UX, and mobile. • Translate business needs into detailed specifications.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a university or engineering degree, preferably in a technical discipline with business management, and have proven experience handling business requirements in complex international environments. Familiarity with front‑office tools such as Salesforce or Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is essential, along with at least five years of IT experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable in challenging settings, can act as an owner, and excels at converting business needs into clear specifications. Strong analytical judgment, interpersonal communication, and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English are required. • Hold a university/engineering degree, preferably technical with business management focus. • Proven experience defining business requirements in complex international settings. • Strong knowledge of front‑office tools (Salesforce, Oracle CPQ/BigMachines) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). • Minimum five years of IT experience. • Comfortable working in challenging environments and acting as an owner. • Strong analytical, judgment, and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities in English.
