About the Role
The role involves preparing material for the paint process, inspecting the final product for cosmetic quality, coverage, cure, adhesion, and thickness, and loading and unloading product from the paint line to ensure continuous part flow. Additional duties include using various tools to install and assemble interiors and breakers, assisting with packaging of panel boards and kits, operating machinery, constructing and assembling production cells, supporting switchboard assembly, wiring sub‑assemblies, labeling, and maintaining Kanban. • Prepare material and select tools for clean, smooth paint surfaces • Inspect final products for cosmetic quality, coverage, cure, adhesion, and thickness • Load and unload products on the paint line, ensuring continuous conveyor flow • Install and assemble interiors and breakers; assist in packaging panel boards and kits • Operate machinery and construct/assemble production cells • Support switchboard assembly, wire sub‑assemblies, label components, and maintain Kanban
