About the Role
In this role the PSA manages resident and property employee inquiries through phone, email, or chat, and processes inbound requests in accordance with local, state, and company regulations. They develop and sustain operational relationships with both residents and property associates, driving standardization and compliance. The PSA proactively detects resident needs or challenges, collaborates with property and leadership teams to resolve issues, and contributes to continuous improvement of administrative processes. Performance is measured against key indicators such as response time, quality, accuracy, and compliance, with additional duties assigned as needed. • Respond to resident and property employee queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and accurately. • Coordinate and process assigned tasks and inbound resident/property requests in compliance with local, state, and company policies. • Build and maintain operational relationships with residents and property associates, promoting standardization and compliance. • Identify resident needs or challenges proactively and collaborate with property and leadership teams to resolve them. • Contribute to departmental improvements for administrative processes and procedures. • Meet team KPIs for response time, quality, accuracy, and compliance.

What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate strong administrative, written, and verbal communication abilities, along with solid problem‑solving and analytical skills. They understand database concepts, resident ledgers, and workflow processes, and are familiar with multifamily software solutions—Yardi experience is preferred. Excellent organization, time‑management, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential. A bachelor’s degree or three to five years of relevant experience in property management, customer service, or real‑estate financial administration is required, with additional experience in Yardi and Microsoft Office considered advantageous. Candidates must also possess compassion for end users, the ability to translate technical ideas into plain language, and skill in interpreting financial and legal documents. • Strong administrative, written and verbal communication skills. • Problem‑solving and analytical abilities; understanding of database concepts, resident ledgers, and workflows. • Familiarity with multifamily software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office. • Excellent organization, time‑management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Compassion for end‑user experience and ability to translate ideas into non‑technical language. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. • Bachelor’s degree or 3‑5 years related experience in property management/customer service; real‑estate or financial administration experience preferred. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret resident ledgers, financial reports, and legal documents.

Benefits
Compensation is hourly, starting at $27.19 and ranging up to $36 per hour, which translates to an annual salary from $56,555 to approximately $75,000, depending on experience, tenure, and location. The position includes eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that offers paid sick and safe time (one hour per 30 hours worked), bi‑weekly accrued vacation (10 days per year), six weeks of paid parental leave, ten paid holidays, and up to three floating holidays annually.
