About the Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will lead the design and improvement of advanced manufacturing processes. You will use computer‑aided manufacturing (CAM) software to program and optimize production efficiency, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to raise product quality and streamline operations. You will also conduct root‑cause analyses and implement solutions to ensure smooth manufacturing. • Lead design and refinement of cutting‑edge manufacturing processes. • Program and optimize production using CAM software. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency. • Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective solutions. • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide technical support and data‑driven insights to manufacturing teams. • Utilize data and financial analysis tools, including Power BI. • Participate in company‑supported volunteer programs and free trade training.

What You Bring

The role requires an engineering degree from an ABET‑accredited institution, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical engineering, though Electrical or Chemical engineering are acceptable. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in manufacturing environments and a track record of continuous improvement. Successful candidates will be proficient in CAM software and relevant programming languages, possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, and excel at problem‑solving and data analysis. Effective teamwork, communication, and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Power BI, and Autodesk drafting are also important. • Hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree (Industrial/Mechanical preferred). • Demonstrate proficiency in CAM software and programming languages. • Apply strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean/Six Sigma principles. • Possess drafting skills with Autodesk (preferred).
