About the Role

What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to coordinate and supervise project‑based survey and layout requirements. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety across all surveying activities on construction sites. • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent survey experience. • Minimum five years of construction survey experience; Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required. • Proficiency with Bentley Inroads, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center or comparable survey software. • Experience operating total stations, GPS, data collectors, and related equipment.

The base pay range for this position is $87,100 to $117,600, with higher ranges for select locations such as Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C. The role is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan and does not offer visa sponsorship.
