• Support Project Managers with bids and projects. • Track job labor and budget. • Organize, compile, and maintain project files and reports. • Process payment requests and lien waivers. • Request and monitor subcontractor certificates of insurance. • Prepare, edit, and distribute draft and final reports. • Set up vendor accounts, contracts, and purchase orders. • Assist in assembling progress reports for owners and acquiring project permits. • Build effective working relationships with diverse businesses and individuals. • Deliver top‑notch customer service. • Produce accurate work products in a timely manner. • Apply basic bookkeeping skills to support office and client projects.
