About the Role

Key duties include managing the marketing tour path, preparing apartments and model homes for viewing, and responding promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails. The consultant converts phone inquiries into foot traffic, conducts enthusiastic tours, facilitates the application process, and ensures timely communication of results. Additional responsibilities involve following the company’s move‑in experience, maintaining clean common areas, supporting lease renewals, and keeping the leasing office orderly. • Walk marketing tour path and open target viewing apartments. • Ensure apartments, model homes, and amenities are clean and rent‑ready. • Respond promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails. • Convert inbound calls into foot traffic and schedule viewings. • Tour prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism. • Facilitate and complete the application process at the end of tours. • Review and process applications immediately upon receipt. • Communicate application results respectfully and timely. • Follow the company’s move‑in experience for approved applicants. • Maintain and follow up on leasing traffic queues. • Adhere to daily marketing and leasing strategies. • Keep common areas and amenities clean to company standards. • Assist with lease renewals and promote resident retention. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional leasing office. • Provide clear directions in person, phone, email, and text. • Follow company mission, policies, and Fair Housing regulations. • Maintain regular attendance and professional dress code.

Candidates must have prior customer‑service experience and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Clear communication across phone, email, text, and in‑person is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or Paycom is a plus. Applicants must adhere to company policies, Fair Housing laws, and maintain regular attendance, professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours or at other properties. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, background check, and voluntary drug testing are also required. • Prior customer‑service experience required. • Work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi/Paycom experience preferred. • Work collaboratively or independently with flexible hours. • Fluent in English, detail‑oriented, and well‑organized. • Pass criminal background check and agree to voluntary drug testing. • Own reliable transportation; hold a valid driver’s license and insurance.
