About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative meets with homeowners who have already been qualified, assesses roofing needs, recommends appropriate solutions, and finalizes sales. All leads are supplied, eliminating cold‑calling, and the role includes ongoing product training and weekly sales meetings. • Conduct 8–12 pre‑scheduled in‑home appointments each week • Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process • Attend regular sales meetings and continuous product training • Travel to appointments as a “Road Warrior” using personal vehicle

What You Bring

Benefits

Compensation is performance‑based, with expected monthly earnings of $15,000‑$20,000 and on‑target annual earnings of $150,000‑$250,000, plus uncapped commissions, draws, bonuses, and other incentives. The schedule runs Monday‑Friday with afternoon appointments and optional Saturday slots; sales meetings are held Monday‑Thursday at 11 am. • Finish the initial two‑week paid training program
