About the Role

The Electrical Process Maintenance Technician supports routine maintenance and construction activities in a manufacturing environment and leads assigned electrical projects. The role also serves as the first line of support for advanced electrical issues, assists other departments, and mentors new technicians. • Perform routine maintenance and construction tasks in manufacturing. • Serve as first‑line support for advanced electrical problems and work requests. • Assist manufacturing and related departments with electrical needs. • Mentor and develop junior electrical technicians. • Utilize problem‑solving tools to address operational issues. • Manage projects by planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling resources. • Troubleshoot technical issues on hardware, software, and applications.

What You Bring

This full‑time position is based in Mapleton, IL on the 3rd‑shift schedule (Sunday‑Thursday, 11 PM‑7 AM) and requires five onsite days per week. Relocation assistance is available, but visa sponsorship is not offered. • Hold an Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience. • Demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail. • Apply strong decision‑making and critical-thinking skills. • Communicate effectively and collaborate across functional groups. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI. • Experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens control systems. • Skilled in troubleshooting advanced electrical systems on heavy industrial machinery.

Compensation ranges from $97,530 to $146,290, with additional incentive bonuses.
