About the Role
The CRM Analyst is responsible for managing the adoption and success of the enterprise CRM application (currently Salesforce). Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth Applications, the analyst serves as the CRM product expert and liaison between users and the business application support and development teams. • Promote and measure CRM adoption across business development and marketing teams. • Develop and deliver a sustainable training program for business processes and Salesforce functionality. • Provide “how‑to” support and act as SME for Salesforce processes and procedures. • Build, improve, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards. • Bridge business stakeholders and the Salesforce/CRM team, translating requirements and identifying solutions. • Partner with Data Stewards to monitor data quality and reporting. • Document requirements, workflows, and data processes for Salesforce objects. • Manage change, service, and enhancement requests, communicating updates to users. • Conduct method‑based QA testing in sandbox and production environments. • Collaborate with the Marketing Systems Analyst, IT, and Power BI teams to ensure consistent data integration and analytics. • Manage Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for quarterly email campaigns and reporting. • Participate in testing and adoption of Salesforce AI tools. • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements. • Occasional travel may be required.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings strong database, CRM, reporting, and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce‑specific terms for technical teams. They also have an aptitude for user training and support, creating documentation or videos to back new initiatives. • Require 5+ years of experience in CRM analytics or a similar role. • Strong skills with relational databases, data models, interpersonal communication, and customer service. • Self‑starter who is organized, efficient, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Salesforce or similar certifications are a plus.

Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary of $90,000‑$130,000 plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
