About the Role
This position is a fixed‑location role focused on servicing and maintaining fire extinguishers. No travel is required, and you will work in a clean, organized area while adhering to safety and PPE standards. You will also complete required paperwork, reports, and participate in Johnson Controls business meetings. • Perform service and maintenance on fire extinguishers, including recharging, testing, and six‑ and twelve‑year inspections • Complete required reports, paperwork, and inspection tags for extinguisher records • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on shop test equipment • Maintain a professional appearance, clean work area, and follow PPE requirements • Operate hand tools and lift/carry up to 50 lb; perform repetitive motions as needed • Submit employment paperwork (e.g., timecards) promptly and attend periodic business meetings

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license • Ability to pass drug test, background check, BMV check, and licensing test (training provided) • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate hand tools and lift/carry 50 lb; repetitive motion capability
