About the Role

As a Make‑Ready Technician you will transform recently vacated apartments into move‑in ready homes, ensuring each new resident’s first impression is positive. Key duties include refreshing apartments by repairing surfaces, replacing fixtures, testing appliances, changing HVAC filters, touching up flooring and carpet, and applying fresh paint. You will also maintain a safe work environment, support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, and interact professionally with residents on‑site. • Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to ready apartments. • Maintain a safe work environment and follow company and industry safety standards. • Assist the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep. • Interact professionally with residents on‑site. • Provide at least one year of general maintenance, handyman, or make‑ready experience. • Work Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑5:00 pm with occasional on‑call or weekend duties.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with at least one year of general maintenance, handyman, or make‑ready experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a detail‑oriented, reliable, and team‑oriented mindset. The role requires working from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, occasional weekend shifts, and the ability to lift up to 25 lb frequently (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb ladders, and perform various physical tasks in different weather conditions. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset. • Possess a valid driver’s license and bring your own tool kit. • Able to lift up to 25 lb frequently, up to 50 lb occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and kneeling.
