About the Role
All cleaning chemicals must be selected according to OSHA regulations and hotel specifications for each designated item. Responsibilities include operating the dishwashing machine in line with hotel standards to clean restaurant and kitchen wares, as well as washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. Employees are also expected to clean and maintain equipment and their respective areas. • Follow state sanitation/health regulations and hotel policies • Operate dishwashing machine and clean kitchen wares per hotel standards • Use equipment and chemicals safely according to OSHA guidelines • Communicate effectively with management and coworkers

What You Bring
The role requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Employees must maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation and health regulations as well as hotel requirements. They must have complete knowledge of proper maintenance and use of equipment, using tools only as intended, safely and correctly. Qualifications include prior experience (preferred), the ability to count, and knowledge of proper chemical handling. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with management and co‑workers to ensure mutual understanding. Physical strength and stamina are required to stand for long hours and perform repetitive motions. • Prior experience preferred; ability to count and handle chemicals properly • Maintain physical stamina for long periods of standing and repetitive motions
