About the Role

The Transportation Ambassador role, based on‑site in McLean, VA, serves as the central liaison for associates, clients, vendors, and office amenities, focusing on transportation coordination and logistics to keep the community moving smoothly. • Manage 95 Express coverage: rider check‑in, pre‑boarding inspections, charter bus coordination. • Monitor and respond to Transportation, Parking, and Guest Service inquiries via shared mailboxes. • Administer Parking Services databases and support enterprise parking processes for satellite locations. • Lead Campus Tour program from inquiry to itinerary creation and execution, greeting guests and employees. • Oversee amenity programs including umbrella inventory, bike sharing, signage, luggage storage, lost‑and‑found, and temporary badge issuance. • Resolve facility service issues (janitorial, mailroom, copier, conference rooms) by submitting work orders and coordinating maintenance. • Import external guests into Visitor Management system and maintain organized lobby/front‑desk areas. • Anticipate client needs, identify operational risks, and collaborate with facility and transportation teams to resolve issues. • Provide flexible schedule coverage, including early‑morning shifts and adjusted hours as business demands require. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining collaborative relationships.
