• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for data center and commercial greenfield projects using advanced scheduling software. • Monitor progress, track variances, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Identify scheduling risks, devise mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep timelines on track. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align schedules and optimize delivery. • Lead meetings and planning workshops to ensure cross‑functional alignment and proactive issue resolution. • Continuously improve planning processes, integrate best practices, and generate reports and dashboards for strategic insight.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with 10‑15 years of expertise in project planning and scheduling for data centre and commercial greenfield developments. The incumbent will drive the project timeline, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful execution of ambitious real‑estate projects in Mumbai.
