About the Role
The Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician leads service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment, designs solutions for complex problems, manages projects, and mentors both service and contract technicians. • Promote safety by following all safety procedures. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and install conveyor systems, relay logic, ladder diagrams, motor starters, sensors, and other control components. • Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts usage. • Lead and audit preventative maintenance programs while mentoring junior technicians. • Maintain positive communication across the Operations facility.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years experience in material handling equipment, preventative maintenance, and blueprint reading. • 3+ years experience using a CMMS and 2+ years with PLC programming. • Proven team‑leadership experience including training and mentoring technicians; vendor management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and ability to work flexible schedules/shifts. • Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical field (preferred); experience with robotic operation and maintenance (preferred). • Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, wear required PPE, and walk 6–12 miles per day in a warehouse environment.
