About the Role
The role includes troubleshooting equipment, monitoring mechanical and electrical systems, managing the full work‑order lifecycle, and assisting with preventive‑maintenance programs. The technician also supports tenant satisfaction, participates in facility projects, ensures compliance with corporate and legislative policies, maintains tools, and submits expenditures in a timely manner. • Observe facility conditions, identify deficiencies, and recommend enhancements. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. • Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs to ensure uptime and asset integrity. • Manage work orders from dispatch through completion, recording resolution data in the maintenance system. • Support implementation and documentation of preventive‑maintenance programs. • Provide quality service that enhances tenant and customer satisfaction. • Participate in facility‑related projects while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and fire‑protection policies. • Maintain and repair assigned tools, arranging replacements as needed. • Submit all expenditures promptly and accurately.

What You Bring
The General Repair Technician III – Static operates facility mechanical and supporting systems, performs structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and provides routine and on‑demand services. Work is performed in accordance with established processes and must meet internal and external environmental, health, safety, and fire‑protection requirements. Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma with trades training or certification and have at least three years of experience maintaining HVAC, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems. Required skills include knowledge of building automation and HVAC systems, strong safety and client‑service orientation, effective communication, mentoring ability, and the capability to work shifts, be on‑call, and obtain security clearance. • Hold a high‑school diploma plus trades training or certification. • Possess at least three years of experience with HVAC, pneumatic, or hydraulic system maintenance. • Demonstrate strong communication, mentoring, and safety‑mindset skills; able to work shifts, on‑call, and obtain security clearance.
