Job Highlights
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Planning Engineer to join our Dubai team. The role will support the Senior Project Manager with cost analysis, cost control, and planning‑scheduling activities across a variety of projects, and will also involve discipline‑specific estimating and staff planning tasks that require a high degree of technical skill. • Conduct regular project cost analysis, control activities, and schedule development, monitoring, and recovery planning. • Support project organizational and administrative tasks, providing non‑routine cost planning and scheduling guidance. • Identify, analyze, and propose innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling challenges. • Execute Project Controls programs per KEO procedures for assigned projects. • Review and approve earned revenue data, proposal financial summaries, project financial status reports, and working capital calculations. • Plan staffing requirements for assigned projects. • Review contract drafts to ensure adequate cost and scope definition and compliance with Project Controls requirements. • Coordinate development of data supporting negotiations. • Prepare and deliver Project Controls presentations to KEO and client management. • Develop Project Controls plans for assigned projects.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least ten years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with essential experience on high‑rise or tower projects.
