Job Highlights
About the Role
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, building cash‑flow models, conducting market research, testing assumptions, and summarizing results. • Act as Task Lead for advisory assignment segments, creating reports or presentations, coordinating staff, and delivering findings to clients. • Contribute expert input on project finance, modeling, proposal development, and deliverable reviews across the Advisory practice. • Develop and maintain a repository of analysis tools, including Excel models, templates, default inputs, and research sources. • Perform business case analysis, development feasibility studies, highest‑and‑best‑use assessments, and funding/financing strategy evaluations. • Conduct economic development, fiscal impact, decarbonization, utility, policy, and master‑planning studies. • Evaluate affordable‑housing, office‑to‑residential conversions, development solicitations (RFQs/RFPs), and developer proposals. • Assess supportable demand and perform other real‑estate advisory services as needed.

What You Bring
The Senior Analyst will join a fast‑paced, diverse consulting team that values mentorship, collaborative problem‑solving, and professional growth. The position requires strong quantitative skills, the ability to balance multiple projects, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Planning or related field with at least four years of relevant experience. • Possess 5+ years of experience (preferred), strong Excel skills, and ability to build cash‑flow models from scratch. • Demonstrated experience assembling financing (debt, equity, public funding) and evaluating investment alternatives with sensitivity analysis. • Background in real‑estate development or underwriting, especially mixed‑use projects, and experience presenting to executive audiences. • Strong research abilities, detail orientation, independent work ethic, and effective communication in multidisciplinary settings.
