About the Role
• Define and execute the Commercial Real Estate vertical strategy and go‑to‑market framework. • Craft differentiated CRE value propositions aligned with customer objectives and Carrier systems. • Conduct market analysis using 10‑K filings, earnings calls, ESG reports, and industry research to shape customer frameworks. • Partner with sales leaders to develop account plans, pitch materials, and drive order growth toward vertical targets. • Align product and innovation roadmaps with CRE market needs by coordinating Sales and Product teams. • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to create vertical‑specific messaging, thought leadership, ABM programs, and digital campaigns, measuring ROI against KPIs. • Work with Sales Effectiveness to refine customer segmentation, operating models, and performance metrics for the CRE market.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business development. • At least 2 years leading go‑to‑market or strategic initiatives that generate sales growth. • Preferred: MBA or engineering/marketing/business degree and experience in commercial real estate or integrated facilities management. • Strong quantitative, analytical, and KPI‑driven performance orientation. • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams in ambiguous environments and communicate at the executive level. • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to travel up to 20% domestically.

The position offers an annual salary of $146,750–$205,250, includes short‑term cash incentives, and provides a comprehensive benefits package.
