About the Role

This position requires a high degree of independence and accountability for the operational delivery of lease abstraction services. The manager will lead a team responsible for abstracting lease data, ensure quality and turnaround time, handle escalations, and coordinate with third‑party vendors while collaborating with the Regional Abstraction Manager on continuous improvement. Key duties include mentoring team members, maintaining an accurate lease administration database, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, and managing administrative and recruitment matters in consultation with senior leadership. The role also involves executing ad‑hoc projects, resolving stakeholder issues, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes performance excellence. The manager will monitor performance metrics such as quality, TAT, and productivity, conduct portfolio reviews, and produce management reporting. Emphasis is placed on delivering accurate abstractions, keeping client data current, and implementing best practices across the team. • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, senior analysts, and team leads in lease abstraction. • Ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of lease abstraction services and maintain database accuracy. • Manage escalations, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications. • Drive performance improvement, KPI tracking (quality, TAT, productivity) and process compliance. • Oversee administrative and recruitment matters in consultation with management. • Handle ad‑hoc projects, portfolio reviews, and resource planning.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a university degree (post‑graduate preferred) and have at least six years of lease administration experience, ideally with a PMP or MBA. Essential skills include strong attention to detail, knowledge of real‑estate leases and accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease‑administration systems, and proven project and team‑management capabilities. The ideal applicant demonstrates high workplace ethics, the ability to manage stress and emotions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, innovative mindset. A passion for reading, fast learning, and the ability to provide strategic solutions for client needs are also valued. • Minimum 6 years lease administration experience; PMP/MBA preferred. • Strong attention to detail, project and team management, and proficiency in MS Office and lease admin systems. • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
