About the Role
The role coordinates and leads the sales and operations process across cross‑functional teams, establishing sales plans and shaping demand to achieve business results and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end S&OP cycle and ensuring accurate product information for commercial orders. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, collaborating with the EPD sales organization to translate customer demand into RFPs, and facilitating recommendations for demand‑fulfillment priorities. You will also train, guide, and communicate priorities to internal and external partners while driving continuous process improvements. • Coordinate and lead sales and operations processes across cross‑functional teams. • Gather and analyze data to maintain accurate product information for commercial orders. • Collaborate with EPD sales to translate customer demand into RFPs during S&OP cycles. • Facilitate recommendations on demand‑fulfillment priorities with internal and external partners. • Train, guide, and communicate priorities to teams while driving process improvements. • Analyze complex orders and supply data to advise electric power leadership.

A Six Sigma Black Belt and advanced Excel and PowerBI skills are required, along with the ability to analyze complex orders and supply data for executive recommendations. • Demonstrate strong customer focus, decision‑making, communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, relationship management, project management, and value‑selling skills. • Possess prior experience in demand planning, S&OP, supply‑chain, program or logistics management; Six Sigma Black Belt; advanced Excel and PowerBI.

Benefits
The position is based in Lafayette, IN, with a requirement to work five days per week on‑site. Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates, but sponsorship is not offered. The compensation range is $128,470 to $192,710, dependent on factors such as experience and location.
