About the Role

A Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck, providing prompt and courteous waste removal services, ensuring the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards, adhering to all state and federal regulations, and completing daily vehicle condition reports. The role includes performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following route sheets to service each customer, operating the truck’s manual or automatic controls to lift, load and compact refuse, disposing of material at the designated facility, and maintaining professional interactions with customers, dispatchers and coworkers. The driver also monitors waste containers, cleans accidental spills, keeps the vehicle clean and operational, and completes required route, productivity and condition reports to meet productivity and safety standards.

What You Bring
