About the Role

The Workplace Design Manager & Coordinator – Architectural will lead and coordinate workplace design projects within the Centre of Excellence (COE) team. The role ensures that designs comply with corporate standards, stakeholder expectations, and operational goals while managing project meetings, deliverables and continuous improvement. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers and external consultants is required to deliver consistent, high‑quality workplace solutions. • Serve as primary liaison between the COE and Regional Capital Management to align project deliverables with global policies and Stage Gate procedures. • Oversee project schedules and prioritize team workloads across multiple workstreams, ensuring critical deadlines are met through effective meeting and resource management. • Create and maintain progress trackers and pending‑item lists, document stakeholder feedback, and present status updates to leadership. • Ensure global design consistency by enforcing Global Workplace Guidelines and managing regional customizations through proactive stakeholder engagement. • Apply planning metrics, governance policies and lessons learned to deliver optimized implementation strategies for diverse real‑estate projects. • Lead and develop a reporting team, driving talent development, training, succession planning and a “People First” culture. • Coordinate with Corporate Services, Technology and Project Managers to resolve operational challenges and introduce innovative efficiency solutions.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 7‑10 years of experience in workplace interior architecture, interior design or commercial design management, preferably within a financial services environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong organisational, prioritisation and client‑service skills, as well as expertise in document management and progress tracking. Leadership ability to develop talent and foster a “People First” culture is also essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture; experience in an investment bank or financial services environment is highly preferred. • Possess 7‑10 years of experience in workplace interior architecture, interior design, or commercial design management. • Demonstrate strong organisational, prioritisation and client‑service skills, with expertise in document management and progress tracking.
