About the Role
This entry‑level position assists operators engaged in processing materials. • Assist operators at coil loading and packaging ends of the line as needed. • Build pallets and shipping containers using hand and power tools. • Band and palletize metal coils or sheets, placing tags/labels on finished products. • Perform quality checks to verify proper lengths, widths, and weights using proper tools. • Detect and report faulty operations or defective materials. • Move or carry parts, equipment, or materials. • Wrap and unwrap materials. • Maintain housekeeping of work areas. • Operate a sit‑down forklift. • Safely operate a forklift (training and certification provided). • Read documents, interpret facts, and draw conclusions.

What You Bring
Personal protective equipment such as steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, cut‑resistant gloves, arm guards, and hearing protection is required for the role. • Read and understand production orders. • Must be 18 years or older. • Understand basic math, reading, and writing. • Demonstrate good communication, organization, and time management skills. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. • Personal protective equipment required: steel/composite toe boots, safety glasses, cut‑resistant gloves, arm guards, and hearing protection.
