About the Role

The Sales Manager, Wholesale Division is responsible for building and maintaining long‑term, mutually beneficial partnerships with assigned accounts. They serve as the primary contact for all account matters and collaborate with internal functions to help customers achieve revenue and profitability goals. This role covers distribution partners in Kentucky and Indiana. Key responsibilities include coordinating and conducting customer sales and door‑shop training on Masonite and Endura brands, providing field service and repairs to train customer service or sales teams, and delivering ongoing product education on Owen's Corning Door brands. The manager trains customers and dealers on new and existing products to strengthen advisory relationships. Revenue accountability includes direct responsibility for $33‑43 million in sales and an indirect impact or influence of $5 million. • Build and sustain long‑term partnerships with wholesale accounts in KY and IN. • Serve as primary contact and coordinate with internal teams to meet customers' revenue goals. • Conduct on‑site sales and door‑shop training for Masonite, Endura, and Owen’s Corning Door brands. • Provide product education and training for customers and dealers on new and existing solutions. • Accountable for $33‑43 M direct sales and $5 M indirect revenue influence.
