About the Role
The Site Civil Engineer role supports a wide range of civil projects, providing technical expertise, leadership, and coordination across various engineering activities while also supervising staff and contributing to project management as needed. • Design and plan civil production, including site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and utilities. • Perform quantity take‑offs and calculations. • Prepare specifications and contract documents. • Evaluate, select, and modify standard engineering techniques and procedures. • Make decisions on significant design and engineering matters. • Act as Technical Specialist or Project Manager on mid‑size projects. • Supervise a small team of professionals and technicians.

What You Bring
• Minimum 3 years of general civil engineering experience. • Proficient with CAD civil software (Bentley OpenRoads Designer, Autodesk Civil 3D) and specialty platforms. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Possess a Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. • Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
