About the Role

Our teams create safe, clean, and compliant learning environments so teachers can inspire and students can gain meaningful skills. • Supervise cleaners within your team, carrying out basic people management activity • Conduct bi‑weekly cleaning audits for internal improvements • Control stock levels and order consumables through the correct channels • Operate machinery safely in line with guidelines and training • Train cleaners in Amey Way modules, including six‑monthly refreshers • Resolve concerns raised by team members or escalate to the people manager • Carry out reasonable requests directed by your line manager • Ensure health and safety standards are achieved across the contract • Support local and business zero‑carbon programmes strategically and leanly

What You Bring
