About the Role
We are hiring a janitorial associate to maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and apartments during resident transitions. The role pays $17 per hour and involves using cleaning chemicals safely as needed. • Keep all public areas clean and tidy. • Remove loose garbage from floors and waste baskets. • Assist with cleaning apartments between resident transitions. • Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines. • Participate in retirement plans and short‑term/long‑term disability coverage.
