About the Role

The role requires compliance with all Tri‑M safety and employment policies, daily material handling and housekeeping, and safeguarding equipment, tools, and vehicles. The employee will assist with underground installations, concrete pads, lighting systems, conduit, wire and cable, rigging of major equipment, and will perform other tasks as assigned by the project supervisor, including supporting paperwork for material handling. • Follow all Tri‑M safety and employment policies. • Handle daily material, housekeeping, and protect equipment, tools, and vehicles. • Assist with underground installations, concrete pads, lighting, conduit, wiring, rigging and major equipment. • Perform assigned tasks and support the supervisor with material handling paperwork. • Work 40 hours/week on 8‑10 hour shifts, performing climbing, lifting (up to 75 lb), kneeling, and other physical activities.

The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week in 8‑to‑10‑hour shifts, involving standing, climbing, kneeling, lifting, twisting, and walking for several hours each day, with lifts ranging from 0 to 75 lb and frequent use of hands and feet for equipment operation. Workers must have adequate vision for blueprint reading, balance for climbing, and use appropriate personal protective equipment while working in temperature extremes and exposure to dust, gases, and other hazards. • Maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, good mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic. • Wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, toe‑protected boots, gloves, etc.) and operate in varied temperature and environmental conditions.
