About the Role
The Supervisor, Maintenance leads a work group by committing to, executing, and overseeing maintenance plans and schedules. This role is accountable for safety, environmental compliance, productivity, and quality, and must communicate organizational direction effectively to the workforce. Key duties include ensuring compliance with operational, environmental, and regulatory policies; providing safety leadership such as Lockout/Tagout compliance and safety meetings; supervising plant maintenance to meet power‑generation requirements; developing best‑practice routines and process improvements; overseeing incident reporting and investigations; and coaching and developing maintenance personnel while maintaining positive inter‑departmental relationships. • Ensure compliance with operational, environmental, safety, and regulatory policies. • Lead safety initiatives, including Lockout/Tagout compliance and safety meetings. • Oversee plant maintenance to meet power generation targets and scheduled activities. • Develop and implement best‑practice routines and process improvements. • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and problem‑solving analysis. • Coach, train, evaluate, and develop maintenance staff performance. • Foster positive relationships between departments and internal customers.

What You Bring
Basic qualifications are an associate’s degree with three years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED with seven years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license and respirator qualification. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, five to seven years of plant‑maintenance supervisory experience, strong computer and financial analysis skills, and familiarity with PowerPlan, Maximo, and I&C/Electrical troubleshooting. The position requires onsite work in a 24/7 power‑plant environment, exposing the employee to heat, cold, noise, dust, and occasional emergency situations. Travel is 5‑15 % and relocation assistance may be provided.
