About the Role
Key duties include measuring and publishing facility performance metrics, maintaining accurate equipment and work order metadata in APM, developing and managing preventive maintenance plans, schedules, routes, and work packages, supporting management in work order accuracy and scheduling, managing spare parts data, driving materials management processes such as requisitions, purchase orders, and cycle counts, and coaching staff on CMMS best practices. • Publish facility PI metrics and recommend process improvements • Maintain accurate equipment metadata and barcode assets in APM • Ensure work order data integrity (equipment, hours, parts, comments) • Develop and manage PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages • Schedule, assign, and monitor work orders through creation to closure • Manage spare parts inventory data and drive materials management processes • Conduct 5S store maintenance and maintain critical spares lists • Coach and train staff on CMMS functions and best practices • Perform data analysis for asset management and spare part optimization • Communicate maintenance, inventory, and cost control information to all levels

What You Bring
C&W Services, a division of Cushman & Wakefield and a leader in integrated maintenance solutions, is seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator (Planner / Scheduler) to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory across its facilities. Required qualifications are an associate degree (or equivalent training) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, 1‑3+ years of experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment, 4+ years working with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE highly desired), 2+ years of data analysis experience in asset management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work self‑driven and organized in a fast‑paced team environment. Preferred skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance procedures, skilled‑trade training, expertise in warehousing or manufacturing maintenance inventory, project estimating, analytical decision‑making, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Information Systems. • Associate degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (high school diploma acceptable) • 1‑3+ years experience in maintenance distribution or manufacturing • 4+ years experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE preferred) • 2+ years data analysis experience in facilities maintenance • Strong written and verbal communication, self‑driven, organized • Preferred: Microsoft Office, preventive/predictive maintenance knowledge, skilled‑trade training, warehousing/inventory expertise, analytical decision‑making
