About the Role

The Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital channels, supporting both franchisee and Paul Davis Restoration objectives by developing full‑funnel strategies and analyzing performance to drive measurable results. • Develop and execute integrated local media plans across broadcast, streaming, digital video, CTV/OTT, social, audio, display, and out‑of‑home. • Manage full‑funnel campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting within budget and timelines. • Analyze performance data to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies for measurable business outcomes. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve media performance. • Manage agency and platform partnerships, leveraging advanced tools and beta opportunities. • Collaborate with brand, creative, analytics, and strategy teams to design holistic media strategies. • Present media recommendations and performance insights to franchisees and internal stakeholders. • Track and reconcile media budgets monthly and produce insight‑driven campaign reports. • Uphold internal processes, improve workflows, and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. • Utilize MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, Teams, programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad servers, and video buying tools. • Apply strong analytical and mathematical skills to translate data into actionable insights. • Communicate effectively across diverse teams and build trust with franchisee partners.
