About the Role

• Represent the company professionally with external and internal customers. • Support and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy. • Interview stakeholders to identify UI/UX improvement opportunities and present findings. • Map current workflows, identify gaps, and improve requirement capture with enhanced templates. • Refine features, translate information into structured tasks, and participate in feature demos. • Collaborate with product managers, owners, and development teams to improve documentation and create presentation materials. • Develop product requirement documents reflecting customer use cases and validate R&D understanding. • Maintain and prioritize a solution backlog, contributing to business reviews and planning. • Create complex business cases to justify new product introductions. • Support market survey processes and deliverables. • Assist with new product introduction, available‑to‑quote, and launch readiness activities. • Support commercial activities including proposals, pricing, contracting, and sales enablement. • Develop and maintain product and portfolio roadmaps. • Manage portfolio lifecycle and sustainment activities such as firmware, documentation, and customer communications. • Assist Solution Directors in creating technical proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and customer presentations. • Support the Solution Architecture team with demos, technical architecture, and proof‑of‑concept studies. • Work with the advanced grid solutions team on thought leadership, presales, and market evangelization initiatives.

What You Bring

The Landis+Gyr Co‑op program integrates academic study with related, work‑based learning and begins in Fall 2026. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate program, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and be available for an alternating rotating semester schedule. This paid position does not provide housing or relocation assistance, so candidates must be local to Alpharetta, GA and able to work full‑time Monday through Friday during each of the three rotating semesters. Co‑op applicants must be undergraduate students majoring in Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management; graduate and master’s‑level students are not considered. The role requires general technology knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Possess general technology knowledge. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
