About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. This role includes showing units, qualifying prospects, completing lease documentation, handling resident inquiries, and contributing to retention initiatives. Regular on‑site attendance and strong customer service are essential. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents while maintaining a 24‑hour response to leads. • Generate and follow up on new leads, conduct tours, and manage lease paperwork and audits. • Implement marketing plans, perform market surveys, and maintain product knowledge of competition. • Address resident complaints, develop retention programs, and ensure consistent policy enforcement. • Perform administrative tasks and assist with unit turnover and property upkeep.

Benefits
