About the Role

Key duties include maintaining traceability logs, participating in cross‑training, keeping the work area clean and orderly, and performing other tasks as directed. The work environment is high‑volume, fast‑paced, and physically demanding, requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lb, and occasional pushing or pulling of reels.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, read a micrometer, distinguish colors, and communicate effectively in English. Preferred candidates have prior manufacturing, extrusion, or wire‑drawing experience, and must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical.

Benefits

The Machine Operator position is a full‑time role (40 hours/week) with a pay range of $23.05‑$27.83 per hour, hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts that include shift differentials of $1.00 and $1.50 per hour respectively.
