About the Role

Most of the time will be spent on active construction sites, exposing the employee to varied weather, moderate to loud noise, elevated or confined areas, and moving equipment. Office work involves typical moderate‑noise settings and prolonged sitting for document review and meetings. • Design and implement VDC strategy across the project lifecycle from design through facilities management. • Lead and guide BIM implementation and establish VDC goals, workflows, best practices, QA/QC, and value proposition. • Collaborate with internal departments to assess current processes and assist in adopting VDC procedures. • Represent Clark in VDC presentations to clients, industry groups, and speaking engagements. • Manage VDC project setup and facilitate BIM meetings, including design and MEP coordination sessions. • Conduct regular site interactions to monitor VDC implementations and train personnel on BIM capabilities. • Foster collaboration among VDC staff by sharing best practices and lessons learned. • Lead strategic initiatives related to VDC/BIM and participate in industry focus groups. • Provide ongoing training and mentorship in BIM tools and processes.

What You Bring

The role is active and hands‑on, requiring frequent navigation of job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders and hoists. Employees must be able to bend, kneel, reach and lift up to 25 lb regularly (occasionally up to 50 lb) while also spending desk time for computer work and meetings. Success requires commitment, adaptability, and alignment with the company’s Standards of Excellence. • 4–6+ years overseeing project development and delivery, with at least two years on‑site experience. • Demonstrated leadership of project teams at local or regional levels. • Intermediate proficiency with BIM/VDC software such as Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Fuzor, Assemble, and SketchUp. • Strong knowledge of BIM processes for MEP coordination. • Exceptional presentation, training, and written/verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities with minimal guidance. • Active membership in relevant professional organizations. • Alignment with Clark’s Standards of Excellence (self‑motivated, results‑oriented, adaptable, ethical, innovative, resilient, team‑focused, accountable). • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lb and navigating job‑site conditions.
