About the Role
The company is seeking a Site Superintendent Representative – Electrical & Traffic Signals to oversee critical capital works and renewal projects. The role involves managing electrical‑based capital works across multiple sites, acting as the Superintendent’s Inspector/Representative, ensuring contract compliance, safety, stakeholder engagement and rigorous reporting. • Assist in managing and supervising electrical‑based capital works during outsourced delivery phases across multiple sites. • Act as Superintendent’s Inspector/Representative to ensure contract compliance. • Release hold points and monitor on‑site safety procedures. • Build professional relationships with stakeholders and integrate their input into project planning. • Review scopes, plan works, and enforce governance and reporting frameworks. • Provide regular progress reports on technical compliance and project standards. • Perform contract administration, including valuation of progress payments and variations.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in civil, structural, electrical or lighting infrastructure and have proven experience managing electrical and traffic signal projects with contract administration.
