About the Role
As an installer you will handle all aspects of product installation—insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items—following work orders, manufacturer guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. You will load the truck, conduct vehicle and site inspections, unload and stage materials safely, report any safety, customer, or quality concerns, and perform warehouse duties as needed. • Reject messages lacking specific job details or offering a job without an interview. • Never provide SSN, birthdate, bank information, or other sensitive data during the application process. • Refuse any request for payment to participate in the hiring process.

What You Bring
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license when operating a company vehicle, and be able to lift 50 lb unassisted, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
