About the Role
The manager will establish and maintain client contacts, develop sales strategies, and coordinate meetings between clients and technical teams. They will stay informed of overall business trends, conduct surveys to identify promising development areas, and follow up promptly on leads. Additionally, the role includes guiding proposal teams from inception to completion, developing pricing structures, and negotiating contracts, including secrecy and joint‑venture agreements. • Establish and maintain client contacts and develop sales strategies. • Coordinate meetings between clients/potential clients and technical or key personnel. • Monitor business trends and conduct surveys to identify development opportunities. • Follow up promptly on all leads. • Lead proposal development from inception to completion, providing guidance to the team. • Create pricing structures and define contract terms and conditions. • Negotiate contracts, including secrecy agreements, joint‑venture agreements, and agent agreements. • Sponsor foreign agent representatives and oversee project execution sponsorship. • Travel extensively to cultivate new business development initiatives. • Manage important client accounts and large, complex proposal/project activities.

You will manage important client accounts and oversee large, complex proposal and project activities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field and possess 10–15+ years of diversified experience, including 5–10 years in business development within a large multinational company. Required competencies include capture management, commercial bid management, client relationship management, and a thorough understanding of proposal pricing and contract terminology. Strong written and oral communication, presentation skills, and the ability to represent Parsons favorably are essential.
