About the Role

• End-to-end project management of large-scale commercial projects including specifications, reports, tenders/bids and liaising with internal and external contractors • Act as the face of Hollis and contribute to the growth of our project management team across various sectors (industrial, office, hospitality etc.) • Support senior Project Managers to deliver refurbishment, fit-out and new build real estate projects • Integrate and work closely with existing Associates and Director leads to facilitate exceptional product delivery and manage client relationships

What You Bring

• Experience with Project Management instructions across a variety of commercial real estate sectors beneficial, particularly office, retail and industrial • Based in, or a knowledge of, the local North-West market • MRICS, APM or desire to work towards in the future • Dynamic, forward-thinking, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work • Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for travel
