About the Role

The Project Administrator will oversee the administrative aspects of projects, ensuring smooth coordination of resources, documentation, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities include handling proposals, invoicing, internal communications, and client interactions, while mentoring junior staff and supporting senior team members. • Manage project administrative tasks such as proposal registration, invoicing setup, and resource coordination. • Use ECS systems to handle project paperwork, documentation, schedules, and budgets. • Coordinate internal communications and mentor junior staff across multiple projects. • Attend senior staff meetings, resolve administrative issues, and liaise with clients and external teams. • Assist with budget management, invoice preparation, and collection efforts. • Prioritize daily tasks in consultation with the supervisor to meet project deadlines. • Host or attend client discussions and follow up on reports for clarification.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. They must demonstrate strong oral and written communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. • Minimum two years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license if driving for ECS. • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with basic project and contract management abilities. • Dependable, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
