About the Role
As a Guest Room Attendant you will be responsible for cleaning assigned units, offices, and public areas while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. You will also handle inventory support, report maintenance issues, and ensure departmental assets are securely stored. As part of our resort operations, you will help create exceptional guest experiences daily, contributing to unforgettable moments for our members and visitors. • Clean assigned units, offices, and public areas to quality standards. • Report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items to housekeeping staff. • Report suspicious activity to security. • Maintain cleaning cart supplies and equipment in an orderly condition. • Secure departmental assets and supplies in storage. • Assist management with linen and supply inventory. • Complete daily assigned projects. • Turn in lost and found items promptly. • Use radios, devices, duress alerts, and follow sign‑in/out procedures correctly. • Attend departmental meetings and perform additional duties or special projects as required. • Execute reasonable requests from management. • Work an 8‑hour shift standing/walking, with reasonable accommodation if needed.

What You Bring
The role requires basic English speaking skills, flexible availability—including weekends and holidays—and the physical ability to bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb. Full‑shift work (8 hours) involves standing and walking, with reasonable accommodations available as needed. • Speak basic English to greet guests and respond to special requests. • Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift up to 50 lb (push/pull up to 100 lb). • Prior customer service or hospitality experience. • 6–12 months housekeeping experience.
