About the Role
The role includes managing yard operations, communicating with clients and team members, ensuring compliance with safety standards, collaborating across teams, and completing administrative tasks such as timesheets and expense reports. Candidates must have at least four years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to maintain required certifications; pre‑employment drug screening and background checks are required. • Manage daily yard activities, including movement, storage, and logistics of material and equipment. • Ensure yard operations run smoothly and efficiently to meet project timelines. • Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, staff, and supervisors to align on project goals and requirements. • Clearly convey workflow needs to your team and supervisor. • Follow OSHA safety standards and KCI corporate policies at all times. • Review job‑site safety daily and promptly document and resolve issues. • Participate in cross‑training as requested to enhance team capabilities. • Work collaboratively with the team to maximize production and accuracy. • Submit accurate time sheets, mileage, and expense reports each week.
