About the Role
Drivers are responsible for safe deliveries, accurate loading and unloading, maintaining organized workspaces, and providing courteous customer service while communicating with dispatch and logistics teams. • Perform pre‑trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and load • Deliver products to customer job sites or home offices using a company vehicle • Load inventory onto the truck and unload at the destination while maintaining accuracy • Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work environment • Ensure manifests are complete and accurate • Provide timely, accurate, and courteous customer service • Check in with customers via company technology to announce arrival and act as liaison • Prepare and maintain records per company policies • Communicate with dispatcher, customer service, and branch logistics from the field

What You Bring
The ideal non‑CDL driver must be at least 23 years old, have experience operating 24‑ and 26‑foot commercial vehicles, and be committed to delivering exceptional, timely service to construction sites and home offices. • 2–5 years experience driving 24‑ and 26‑ft commercial vehicles • Valid medical card and ability to pass drug screening • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift up to 75 lb and perform crouching, stooping, kneeling, crawling, twisting • Strong knowledge of local delivery area • Ability to sit in vehicle for long periods and work in various climate conditions • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
