About the Role
Job Purpose: The role supports the Tyre Plus Operations Manager in handling customer feedback, enhancing the in‑store environment, and attracting greater customer traffic. The incumbent will work to improve service quality and boost store visibility. • Respond to Google My Business posts promptly and at the agreed frequency. • Escalate critical feedback to the Operations Manager. • Contact previous customers for feedback or reminders. • Monitor Google My Business KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions. • Track and report corporate program members' purchases. • Engage potential corporate clients to encourage program enrollment. • Implement promotional plans and prepare monthly briefs for service advisors. • Maintain the Tyre Plus promotional calendar per Operations Manager instructions. • Ensure store displays are tidy and meet standards. • Keep in‑store communication and branding up to date.
