About the Role
• Assemble, prepare, and produce meals under direction of the Chef Manager or Head Chef. • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and dining areas, equipment, and utensils. • Follow the HACCP Food Safety Plan, uphold safety standards, and complete documentation promptly. • Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure it is regularly cleaned and maintained. • Access training and development programmes to support career growth. • Explore internal career opportunities across the Downer Group business.

What You Bring
