About the Role

The role involves leading the preparation of detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring they meet international standards and best practices. You will provide strategic cost advice, oversee budget control, and support project execution across multiple geographies. You will be responsible for financial reporting, including cash‑flow forecasting, cost‑variance analysis and net‑margin assessments, while maintaining strict contractual and commercial oversight. Managing risks, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations are also key duties.
